Liquid nitrogen

Liquid nitrogen is an inert, colorless, odorless, extremely low temperature (-196°C) liquid, widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, chemical materials, metallurgy, food and other fields. Laboratories usually use liquid nitrogen dewar tanks to store liquid nitrogen. During the transportation and storage of liquid nitrogen, if the liquid nitrogen leaks due to improper operation, it will cause safety risks such as frostbite and hypoxia.

Do you often see these scenes?

KAINUO has launched the LNG series liquid nitrogen generator, which solves the above problems well compared with transporting liquid nitrogen to liquid nitrogen dewar tanks. It is a simple plug-and-play liquid nitrogen solution.

Principle description

By filtering the compressed air and introducing it into the adsorption tower, impurity gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide are selectively adsorbed to produce high-purity nitrogen. Then, the nitrogen in the bottle is cooled to -196°C through the cold head installed in the dewar flask to prepare high-purity liquid nitrogen.

The built-in PSA nitrogen generator combines a refrigerator, helium compressor and built-in dewar tank, which can be controlled by a color touch screen and can be fully automatically operated with one button.

KAINUO provides a variety of liquid nitrogen generators to meet the needs of most related applications and instruments, and stores the generated liquid nitrogen in a sturdy stainless steel dewar tank. Using air as the raw material, 10-80L of liquid nitrogen is steadily produced every day with a purity of up to 99.5%, and the storage capacity of the dewar tank is 20-210L.

Liquid Nitrogen

Why KAINUO liquid nitrogen generator?

  1. Fully automatic liquid nitrogen production, eliminating handling and reducing 25% of liquid nitrogen loss during transportation.
  2. High efficiency and energy saving, the built-in dewar tank automatically stands by after being filled.
  3. Reduce operating costs, the cost of liquid nitrogen production is only one-third of that of purchasing liquid nitrogen.
  4.  Clean – closed PSA nitrogen production circulation system, refrigerator, filter; ensure that only clean and dry nitrogen is injected into the dewar tank and produces clean and pure liquid nitrogen.

Applications

  1. Keeping liquid helium cool and preventing volatilization in NMR spectrometers
  2. Long-term storage of blood and stem cell samples

  3. Metal processing (fast cooling)

  4. IVF (in vitro fertilization) clinic/hospital sample storage

  5. Superconductor research
