2.The warranty period of the equipment is 18 months from the equipment manufacturer’s shipment or 12 months from the user’s factory, whichever expires first. During this period, the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment and parts provided by the supplier due to quality problems shall be borne by the supplier. If the equipment is damaged or replaced due to incorrect operation and improper use, the user shall bear the expenses incurred. After the warranty period, the supplier provides life-long paid equipment maintenance services.
3.Establish user files to enable the company to have evidence to check the operation of the equipment, and provide users with maintenance methods and precautions on a regular basis;
4.After receiving the user’s telex or telephone service information, give a clear reply immediately. If the phone cannot solve the problem, go to the user’s site for equipment maintenance as appropriate;
